Unzip the file and upload the content of the unzipped wp-includes folder to the wp-includes folder on your server. This should put the missing file there. De ennek a foldernek nem tudok külön ftp felhasználót adni, így oda kellene vezetnem a wp szerintem, de nem akar sikerülni. A wp-ben nem volt uploads könyvtáram sem, de csináltam. Magán a config php-ben egyébkén nem is volt ftp meghatározó rész, meg pass hely, de azt is írtam bele, de ugye, az csak a főkönyvtárba visz.

Issues like this can happen once in a while due to an incomplete upgrade, when new files were added to core but failed to be copied properly, or when the wp-settings.php file that loads them failed to update for some reason. I believe this is a support issue, and there are no actionable items for core here at this time.

I disabled all plugins on my website where the above WP notice occurs, but it does not go away. Having search for wp_localize_script inside my website, I found out there are two files belonging to the theme which was abandoned by its developers for quite sometimes – that may be causing that WP notice.
